Zucchini soup

  • Chop the onion, carrot, and zucchini finely. Sauté the onion and carrot in olive oil. Once the vegetables soften, add the zucchini. While the vegetables are cooking, add a tablespoon of flour and Aleva Kulinata Classic, stir, and pour the vegetables with milk and water.

  • For an unbeatable soup flavor, add Aleva vegetable bouillon cube and a teaspoon of Aleva dill, along with Aleva black pepper to taste.

  • Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for another 5-10 minutes. You can add some Aleva parsley to the served soup.
