Ingredients
- 1-2 zucchinis
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon of white flour
- 1 tablespoon of Aleva Kulinata Classic
- 1 teaspoon of Aleva parsley
- 1 teaspoon of Aleva dill
- 1 Aleva vegetable cube
- olive oil
- Aleva black pepper to taste

Zucchini soup
- Chop the onion, carrot, and zucchini finely. Sauté the onion and carrot in olive oil. Once the vegetables soften, add the zucchini. While the vegetables are cooking, add a tablespoon of flour and Aleva Kulinata Classic, stir, and pour the vegetables with milk and water.
- For an unbeatable soup flavor, add Aleva vegetable bouillon cube and a teaspoon of Aleva dill, along with Aleva black pepper to taste.
- Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for another 5-10 minutes. You can add some Aleva parsley to the served soup.
