Shrimps in Tomato sauce

  • First, bring water to a boil, then add the pasta and cook it until al dente.

  • While the pasta is cooking, prepare the shrimp. First, clean them thoroughly. In a large pan, heat some olive oil, then add the finely chopped onion and sauté until golden. Next, add the shrimp and cook for about 5 minutes, as they don’t require much time to be done.

  • Prepare the tomato sauce by mixing the contents of the packet with 0.3 liters of lukewarm water. Add the prepared sauce to the sautéed shrimp and let it simmer on low heat for another 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  • Finally, combine the cooked and drained pasta with the shrimp in the tomato sauce.

    Add a teaspoon of basil for enhanced flavor.
