Ingredients
- 3 kg cleaned carp
- 3 medium-sized red onions
- 2 tablespoons of Aleva sweet ground red paprika
- Half a tablespoon of Aleva hot ground red paprika
- 2 packets of Aleva Fish Soup Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 fresh bell pepper
- 1 tomato
- 1 tablespoon of salt

Fish stew
- In a cauldron of at least 10 liters, pour 3.5 liters of cold water and add 3 kg of well-cleaned and sliced carp. Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar and place it over an open fire.
- Once the water boils and the foam disappears from the surface, add three finely chopped onions, 2 tablespoons of sweet paprika, ½ tablespoon of hot paprika, a whole fresh bell pepper, a tomato, and a tablespoon of salt. Cook on high heat for 20 minutes.
- After that, add 2 packets of fish soup seasoning, prepared according to the instructions on the package, and let it cook on high heat for another 20 minutes.
- For a richer flavor, it is recommended to combine at least three types of freshwater fish, such as carp, silver carp, and pike-perch. And don’t worry, the fish soup will be just as delicious even if you prepare it at home on a regular stove.
