  • Fry the chopped bacon without adding any fat. Remove it and place it on a paper towel to absorb excess grease.

  • Cut the bread into cubes and toast it in the fat released from the bacon.

  • Add a little oil to a non-stick pan and cook the chicken. Once it cools slightly, cut it into long strips. Whisk olive oil with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.

  • Add Aleva granulated garlic, Aleva parsley, and Aleva oregano, and mix well.

  • Stir in a tablespoon of sour cream and a tablespoon of mayonnaise. Pour the dressing over the washed and drained Iceberg lettuce.

  • Top the salad with chicken, bacon, croutons (toasted bread), cherry tomatoes, and coarsely grated Parmesan.

    Optionally, you can also add sliced boiled eggs.
