Stuffed Tomatoes with Meat

Ingredients
- 450g of ground meat
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 8 large tomatoes
- 230g of tomato sauce
- 60g of cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons of Aleva turmeric
- Salt and Aleva pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of Aleva granulated garlic
- Grated cheese for topping
- 1 teaspoon of Aleva chives for garnish

Stuffed Tomatoes with Meat
- Sauté the ground meat and onion in a large pan until browned, about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the rice.
- Cut off the tops of the tomatoes, keeping them as lids, and carefully scoop out the insides with a spoon. Chop the larger pieces and set them aside along with the seeds and juice.
- Add the tomato sauce, cooked rice, turmeric, granulated garlic, and all the chopped tomato insides to the pan with the cooked meat.
- Stir until everything is well combined and the juices start to thicken, about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove the pan from heat and let the filling cool slightly. Fill each tomato with the mixture using a spoon.
- Serve topped with grated cheese and chives.
