Stuffed eggs

  • Carefully peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.

  • Remove the yolks and mash them, setting the egg whites aside.

  • Once you’ve mashed the yolks, add mayonnaise, mustard, and spices, and mix well to avoid any lumps. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit of olive oil. Taste and add more spices if needed.

  • Take a piping bag and fill the hollows in the egg whites where the yolks were.

  • You can sprinkle ground black pepper and/or ground sweet paprika over the eggs.

  • You can serve them immediately.
