Fish stue
PREPARATION TIME: 1.45 h
INGREDIENTS:: 3 kg cleaned carp, 3 medium-sized red onions, 2 tablespoons Aleva sweet red paprika powder, half a tablespoon Aleva hot red paprika powder, 2 packets Aleva Fish Soup Additive, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 fresh bell pepper, 1 tomato, 1 tablespoon salt.
In a cauldron, with a capacity of at least 10 liters, pour 3.5 liters of cold water and add 3 kg of previously well-cleaned and chopped carp. Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar and place it on an open fire. Once the water boils and the foam disappears from the top of the cauldron, add the three chopped red onions, 2 tablespoons of Aleva sweet paprika, half a tablespoon of Aleva hot paprika, the whole fresh bell pepper, tomato, and 1 tablespoon of salt. Ratatouille (Ratatuy)
PREPARATION TIME: 1.15 h
INGRIDIENTS: 2 eggplants, 6 tomatoes, 2 green zucchinis, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 onion, diced, 2 teaspoons Aleva garlic granules, 1 red bell pepper, diced, 1 yellow bell pepper, diced, 1 packet Aleva Tomato Sauce for Spaghetti, 5-6 fresh basil leaves, salt and Aleva pepper to taste.
Slice the eggplant, tomatoes, and zucchinis into 1mm thick rounds and set aside. Sauté the onion and diced bell peppers until they soften. In the meantime, prepare the Aleva Tomato Sauce according to the instructions on the packet (pour 0.4 liters of lukewarm water into a bowl, add the contents of the packet, and mix well). Pudding Desert
PREPARATION TIME: 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS: 150 g of biscuits, 300 g of blackberries (frozen or fresh), 1 dl of water, 120 g of sugar, 2 packets of Aleva vanilla sugar, 35 g of cornstarch (or Aleva gelatin) + 3 tablespoons of water,
1 packet of Aleva vanilla pudding, 500 ml of milk, 3 tablespoons of sugar.
Crush the biscuits into smaller pieces and set aside. Place the blackberries in a small pot, pour in 1 dl of water, add sugar and Aleva vanilla sugar, and cook for about 10 minutes. Then, mash the blackberries with a fork. Mix the cornstarch/Aleva gelatin with water and add it to the blackberries, stirring constantly until it thickens, about 5-10 minutes.
