- Pour 100 ml of lukewarm water over the contents of the sachet and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Add 500g of ground meat and 100g of rice, then mix well.
- Stuff the prepared mixture into the leaves of sour cabbage or bell peppers. Arrange them in a pot, cover with water, and simmer for about 1 hour.
- If desired, season the dish with a roux and tomato. You can also bake the dish in the oven.
