Purpose-made dish additives and sauces have been produced according to original recipes at Aleva for the first time more than half a century ago.
Even today, additives designed for the preparation of traditional dishes that require a lot of time and patience make up the largest part of Aleva’s portfolio. At the same time, Aleva has developed products intended for modern, young families – additives for pasta dishes and chicken, which are the most common part of the daily menu and dishes that “the whole family loves.”
Products in this category have held a leading position in the market for years and at culinary events (regional and national competitions for amateurs and professionals in meal preparation). However, the primary purpose of these additives, which are rich in carefully selected vegetables and spices, is the preparation of dishes that can be found both on the everyday family table and at festive and holiday occasions.
The preparation of dishes with additives is simple and quick, requiring only the instructions illustrated on the packet. In addition to this spice mix, only the main ingredient or ingredients are needed, in case of a more complex dish: meat, pasta, sour cream, mushrooms.
Those who are bold or experienced enough can create their own variations of the dish by adding specific spices, adjusting to special dietary habits (e.g., replacing meat with no-meat ingredients), and so on.
