Ground ginger powder has a strong aroma and a spicy, slightly sweet taste, made by grinding dried ginger root. It is added during or towards the end of cooking in meat and vegetable dishes. Ginger adds flavor to bread, sauces, hot and cold beverages, fruit, and cakes.

Store in a cool, dry, and dark place at a temperature up to 25°C
Does not contain allergens; may contain traces of mustard – ginger 20g.
