- Mix the contents of the packet with 300ml of boiling water.
- Stir the mixture well and leave it for about 15 minutes to cool down.
- Shape the mixture into burgers about 8cm in diameter (if needed, wet your hands to prevent the mixture from sticking).
- Cook the formed burgers in a pan with a little oil on both sides until golden brown, or fry them in deep oil.
Grains 73% (spelt, wheat, oats), potato flakes (dehydrated potato, seasoning, antioxidant: sodium metabisulfite), dried black onion, modified potato starch, kitchen salt, rapeseed oil, yeast extracts, spices.
Store in a cool, dry, and dark place at a temperature up to 25°C
