  1. Mix the contents of the packet with 300ml of boiling water.
  2. Stir the mixture well and leave it for about 15 minutes to cool down.
  3. Shape the mixture into burgers about 8cm in diameter (if needed, wet your hands to prevent the mixture from sticking).
  4. Cook the formed burgers in a pan with a little oil on both sides until golden brown, or fry them in deep oil.

Grains 73% (spelt, wheat, oats), potato flakes (dehydrated potato, seasoning, antioxidant: sodium metabisulfite), dried black onion, modified potato starch, kitchen salt, rapeseed oil, yeast extracts, spices.

Store in a cool, dry, and dark place at a temperature up to 25°C
