Green tea has a mild, pleasant taste and is known for its refreshing aroma and light color. Valued for its natural antioxidants, it is often associated with supporting metabolism and promoting a sense of vitality. Convenient for everyday use, it is easy to prepare and can be enjoyed at any time of the day.
Pour one cup of boiling water over a filter bag, cover and let it steep for 3–5 minutes. Sweeten to taste.
