- 1. Pour the contents of the sachet into 100 ml of lukewarm water and stir well to avoid lumps.
2. Add 1 kg of ground meat and mix thoroughly.
3. Shape the mixture into Ćevapčići or Pljeskavice.
4. Let the prepared Ćevapčići or Pljeskavice rest for 20–30 minutes in a cool place, then grill or fry.
Soy protein 35%, kitchen salt 26%, spices 25% (onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper), leavening agent (sodium bicarbonate), dextrose, flavor enhancers (monosodium glutamate 3%, disodium 5’-ribonucleotides).
Store in a cool, dry, and dark place at a temperature up to 25°C
