- 1. Pour water over 250g of beans and leave to soak for a few hours, then drain. Refill the drained beans with fresh water, bring to a boil, then drain again.
2. Cook the pre-soaked beans in unsalted water until approximately 1.5 liters of liquid remain.
3. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 300 ml of cold water, add to the cooked beans, stir, and bring to a boil.
4. Once boiling, simmer for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Wheat flour, spices 28% (onion powder, sweet paprika, garlic powder, parsley leaves, Indian curry (contains mustard), black pepper), kitchen salt 20%, corn starch, flavor enhancers (monosodium glutamate 4%, disodium 5’-ribonucleotides), dextrose, dried vegetables 3.5% (parsnip, carrot), aroma (contains hydrolyzed soy protein).
Store in a dry and dark place, at a temperature up to 25°C.
Gluten, mustard, and soy; may contain celery.
