Vinobran is a preservative used in the production of wine, juices, compotes, and pickled products to prevent spoilage and the growth of undesirable microorganisms. It contains potassium metabisulfite, which releases sulfur dioxide an effective agent for protecting against oxidation and preserving the color and flavor of the product. It is used in strictly controlled amounts according to the recipe.

10g of potassium metabisulfite for preserving 10kg of fruit or vegetables, 25-30g per 100l for preserving wider (must), 15-22g per 100l for very strong sulfurization of sick wine.

Preservative potassium metabisulfite.

Store in a cool, dry, and dark place at a temperature up to 25°C

Contains sulfites, may contain traces of celery and mustard.

Best before 18 months.
